The 305 Guarantee
The 305 Guarantee is our commitment to quality. From the moment your heat arrives, you have 5 days to inspect the drip. If there is an issue, contact us at dripstarsupport@gmail.com or via DM @dripstarmiami.
ELIGIBILITY
We initiate the guarantee process for:
- Damaged Goods: Serious defects that prevent the item from being worn.
- Incorrect Orders: Receiving a completely different product than what was secured.
- Lost Shipments: Orders not received after 30 business days.
RESOLUTION
Once verified, we offer a 100% Store Credit toward any item in our collection. If a bank refund is requested, please note that a 20% processing fee applies to cover non-refundable merchant commissions and taxes.
Note: We do not accept returns for sizing errors or change of heart. All sales are final unless an "Exceptional Occasion" is approved by our team.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. International Shipping takes 8-15 working days. Limited Shipping takes 20-25 working days.
How should I wash my jeans?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Awaiting self-pickup
There are times when the buyer buys the product and enters a wrong address. Once 24 hours have passed since your order, it will not be possible to go back and the shipment will take place at that address.
At this point, once the ordere arrives at its destination, it will stop at the nearest local post office and we will take care of sending you any information to be able to collect your order. (All this could happen even if the buyer is not at home)
